What is a workspace?
Your company's account in Frepi: its lines, conversations, reports and management team, isolated from any other company. One workspace per company; groups with several units can have several.
Is the first line really free?
Yes. Connect one salesperson and use the whole product on that line without paying. When you connect the second, the USD 120 per month plan starts.
Can I mix BSP and coexistence lines?
Yes. The base includes 1 BSP or 3 coexistence lines; each additional line is billed by its type. The estimator above automatically applies the cheaper option for you.
Are Meta's fees included?
No. Meta charges its per-conversation fees for business-initiated conversations (templates and campaigns) directly, per its country table. Frepi does not mark them up.
Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly and you can disconnect lines or cancel at any time. Annual pricing is available for large fleets.
How many management users can I have?
As many as you need. You pay per connected WhatsApp line, not per person looking at the reports.
