Five questions you can ask your WhatsApp conversations
When your WhatsApp conversations are connected, they stop being an archive of chats and become information. The difference is what you ask.

From loose chats to answers
A WhatsApp chat answers one question: what did those two people say. A business needs other answers, ones that cut across hundreds of chats at once. With the conversations connected, a copilot can read them and answer in plain language, and build a report when the answer deserves one. Here are five questions to start with.
1. How much was sold this week, and by whom?
It is the most basic question and, in a business that sells by chat, the hardest to answer without asking each person. Ask it the way you would say it out loud, for example: sales of the last week by salesperson. If the answer deserves a chart, ask for that too.
2. At what hours do my customers order?
Knowing when the customers who buy write decides when someone, or something, needs to be there to answer. A question like who are the customers who order between 8 and 11 gives you a concrete group of people, not just an average.
3. Which customers went quiet?
Customers who asked for a price and never came back are often the easiest sale to recover. Ask for the ones who have gone several days without a reply and review each case before you write to them.
4. Which products are ordered most, and which are asked about without being bought?
The gap between what people ask and what they buy points to problems of price, availability or explanation. It is information that is almost always in the chats and almost never in a report.
5. How is each customer classified?
Tags like stage, interest or area, and custom fields like order hour or favourite product, turn a contact list into a base you can filter. An agent can keep them up to date; the article on AI employees for WhatsApp explains how.
Before you ask
All of this depends on the conversations being connected, and on doing it without taking anyone's phone: it is explained in how to supervise your business's WhatsApp without changing phones. To see the product in action, start at the home page.
